Owner, Tech Support Center
A computer problem can stop your staff from answering a resident’s question, finishing a task, or opening a file. When you’re responsible for running an organization, those delays take time away from your own work too.
We bring in independent specialists to test our work and security practices. Their reports show us where we’re doing well and where we need to improve. We use those findings to address weaknesses and make changes, rather than relying only on our own judgment.
We provide ongoing IT support and help with computer repairs, Microsoft 365 migrations, and IT setup at new locations. Call (740) 853-4741 to discuss a problem you need to fix or a project you’re planning.

Yes. We offer backup and disaster recovery as a separate service. Cybersecurity helps reduce the risk of an attack, while backup and recovery help you restore data and get back to work after an interruption. What you need depends on the information and systems you use and how long you can manage without them. Backup services differ, so check what can be recovered and what the process involves.
Yes. We help organizations move to Microsoft 365 and provide email and domain management. Tell us how your email is set up now and what you want to change. Moving your email to a new system is different from managing it afterward, so check what each service includes.
Ask when you can speak with someone, what happens in an emergency, and whether help is available outside normal hours. Check what a response time actually measures: an acknowledgment, the start of troubleshooting, or a completed fix. Monitoring your systems around the clock does not necessarily mean a person is available to help at any time. Make sure the service agreement explains those differences.
Start with what each quote covers, not just the price. Check whether backup and disaster recovery, email management, computer repairs, and projects are included or billed separately. Ask about onboarding fees, contract terms, support hours, and anything that could change the cost. A lower price may mean that work you need will cost extra.
Independent testing can find security weaknesses that an IT provider’s own checks may miss. We bring in outside specialists to test our work and use their findings to make improvements. What a test tells you depends on what was examined. A test isn’t a certification or a guarantee that every weakness has been found. Its value also depends on what the provider does with the results.
